Corpus Separatum

A visual satire

Created with musician Noam Elron, this piece combines puppets, physical theater, a measuring device and even one contrabass. This is the story of a land surveyor sent to a remote district to settle an ancient teritorial dispute. He then discovers that his calculations are of no use – and finds himself drawn into the conflict, his very own body becoming both the core of the conflict and the battlefield. Performed with live music. Corpus Separatum had its premiere at Clipa Aduma -international festival for visual theater and performance art in Tel Aviv, Israel, July 2009.
